Since 2002, Pueblo Ingles has attracted thousands of native English volunteers to our specially established villages in the Spanish countryside, where the official language is no longer Spanish. We have greeted American, Canadian, Irish, British, Australian, South African and Kiwi participants who have enjoyed 8 fabulous days in the
land of
Don Quixote . They have helped us perform incredible miracles on our Spanish participants´ level of English, and made lasting friendships along the way. This program provides a lot more than just a language exercise; an exchange of cultural references, the opportunity to perfect interpersonal skills and the participants gain volunteer credits which may be valuable for their Record of Achievement.
We are seeking more native English speaking teen volunteers between the ages of 13 and 18 We welcome organised school groups or teens on an individual basis. Where teens do come unaccompanied, we make sure they are well looked after and supervised during their time in .
There are loads of Spanish teenagers eagerly awaiting to meet you!
You are only required to pay for your travel to
Madrid and the cost of accommodation the night before you leave for the program. Full board and all meals are paid for by us and there is no other money required (unless you want to buy some souvenirs!) We will take you to our village by bus from a central meeting point in
Madrid .
