Prep Camp Excel seeks to offer the same type of strategy and preparation that usually is reserved for the SAT. Our exclusive curriculum teaches math and verbal skills as well as vocabulary building. Students will have the opportunity to work individually with writing teachers and will bring home one of the best essays they have ever written, with the knowledge of how to write more essays like it. The Study Skills portion of the program helps students deal with the transition from a few hours of homework in junior high to balancing several hours of homework and extracurricular activities in high school. Students will receive instruction on time management, effective note taking, reading for meaning and exam preparation.
