COME FOR THE ADVENTURE…STAY FOR THE FRIENDS!  Lakefield Camp International has been a leading choice for summer campers since 1985.  Each summer, campers from Canada and around the world join together for fun, adventure and learning.  Our camp has it all – sports, lakefront, comfort & fun.  Sail across the lake, learn how to play guitar, master your mountain biking skills...and so much more.  For those campers looking for something different, sign up for our Wilderness Education Programme or participate in the ropes course.  And, for campers whose first language is not English, we are pleased to offer ESL classes.  

Facilities: Our campers live in style.  Comfortable residence rooms house 2-3 students each and meals are eaten buffet-style in a modern dining hall.  Our campers are never bored.  Each week they choose 5 daily activities from a vast array of options.  All activities are instructed and supervised by dedicated camp staff.

Water Sports:  Canoeing, Kayaking, Sailing, Windsurfing

Court & Field Sports:  Archery, Basketball, Beach Volleyball, Mountain Biking, Soccer, Tennis

Specialty Programmes:  Arts & Crafts, Dance, Dramatic Arts, Guitar (Introductory), Theatre.

LIT Programme (maximum 15 participants): Young people aged 17 years are welcome to apply to this leadership programme which allows participants to gain hands-on experience and develop an array of skills including social responsibility, self-confidence, teamwork and communication.

Language Instruction: ESL is available as an option for international campers as well as Canadian campers whose first language is not English.  10 hours per week of ESL is taught by qualified instructors in an interactive and fun classroom setting.  ESL comprises 2 of the 5 activity periods daily.

Our Staff:  The high quality of our language, sports and activities programmes is further augmented by our staff of sensitive, dedicated and professional instructors and counselors.  They truly care about each student, and ensure that students receive the attention and care needed to make their stay great.

We offer flexible session dates and optional transfer services from Toronto, Montréal or Québec City.  Lakefield Camp International has it all!
