WHAT YOU LEARN: How to surf, the history of St. Patrick, digital photography, how to ride horses, Irish Step dancing, a few words of Gaelic, falconry, medieval customs, legends and folklore, astronomy, ecology and environmental principles, Irish history, sports, Irish cooking, Irish dancing, Irish music, the root causes of genocide, compassion.
