Swim, play and learn from the best teachers of all – the dolphins! In DolphinCamp and Teen DolphinLab, enjoy fun-filled, educational, observational and hands-on experiences with dolphins in a natural marine environment in the Florida Keys. Take part in a wide variety of discussions about marine mammals and the ocean environment. Snorkel at a living coral reef. Games and activities are also scheduled every evening at the dormitory, conducted by a chaperone. DolphinCamp is offered in separate 7-day sessions for ages 10-12 and 13-14. Teen DolphinLab is for ages 15-17. Class sizes average thirteen students to ensure individualized instruction. After completing the Basic Teen DolphinLab, students are eligible for Teen Intermediate DolphinLab and then the Teen Advanced DolphinLab. Curriculum meets National Science Education Standards.

DRC is a world-renowned, nonprofit education and research session, we are home to a family of Atlantic bottlenose dolphins and California sea lions.

Our mission is to promote peaceful coexistence, cooperation and communication between marine mammals, humans and the environment we share through research and education. The health and well being of Dolphin Research Center’s dolphins holds absolute precedence over all other interests. DRC will undertake no program or activity that compromises this basic commitment.
