Cody For Boys and Girls is part of a camping heritage that dates back to 1926.
Cody is situated on nearly one hundred acres of naturally wooded property and a mile of superb sandy shoreline on Lake Ossipee. Our lake is four miles long and two miles wide with a natural sand bottom and is warm and clear. Our secluded and magnificent National Forest setting provides us with unlimited outdoor opportunities, in addition to the many in-camp activities we offer.
An important part of Cody is a balance between individual choice and assigned activities. Our choice activities include sailing, water skiing, kayaking, scuba diving, drama, photography, riflery, archery, tennis, soccer, lacrosse, and baseball.
Of all the locations at Cody, the water front is the most popular. Activities include:Swimming
Scuba Diving
Funyaking
Sailing
Wind Surfing
Wake-boarding | Snorkeling
Canoeing
Kayaking
Water-skiing
Knee-boarding |
Staff members at Cody come from all over the world and many have been campers at Cody themselves. Most are university students and teachers who have extensive experience working with children and are well-qualified in their respective field to instruct the many activities we run at Cody.
