At Camp Pacific's Surf & Bodyboard Camps the sessions are designed for all skill levels from beginners to intermediates. The sessions are one week long and packed full of fun activities. Group beach instruction, classroom instruction and independent practice all combine for a very exciting week of learning. Campers are taught skills in equipment options, wave selection, and basic surfing/bodyboarding techniques. During the afternoon campers can take a break from the water and participate in a variety of other recreational activities or continue their practice at the beach. All activities are supervised by counselors, certified lifeguards, and experienced instructors.
CAMP PACIFIC has been providing summer campers with unforgettable memories since 1943. Camp Pacific continues to provide a safe and fun summer experience for youths ages 8-16 from across the United States and around the world. Throughout our recreational three-week session, the goal is to have fun, learn new athletic and recreational skills, develop strong friendships, and build self-esteem through positive experiences. Our experienced staff and diverse activities supply a fun, safe, and rewarding summer experience!
Thrilling trips to area attractions such as theme parks and professional sporting events are offered during this session. Typical morning and afternoon activities are as follows: surfing/bodyboarding, basketball, soccer, softball, beach volleyball, tennis, swimming, cricket, flag football, kickball, capture the flag, ultimate frisbee, water polo, riflery, jewelry, drama, arts and crafts, sand castle contests, tie-dye, mask-making, ping-pong, billiards, radio broadcasting, kayaking, and much more!
