Camp Anokijig is a non-profit organization and has been recognized for excellence in camping for 84 years. A rich tradition and history of offering youth an experience that will last a lifetime. Anokijig is an Indian word meaning "We Serve" but it is also synonymous with new friends, positive values, personal growth, great adventures and outrageous fun. Couple this with our dedication to offer an experience with emphasis on values like caring, honesty, respect, and responsibility and you have a combination that can't be beat.

Available for boys and girls ages 7 to 16. Programs for three days, one week, or for up to nine weeks of summer fun. Anokijig is not just another place to go, it's a community... it's an experience... it's a spirit shared with all who visit... it's incredible magic that you will always cherish. Join us, you will love it!

RESIDENT CAMP: for the camper who wants to do it all! Choose from activities like canoeing, swimming, fishing, arts and crafts, kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, archery, landgames, dance, drama, trail rides, nature study, woodworking, field riot, digital photography, ukulele band, and new for 2010, GLEE CHOIR!!

DAY TRIPS: In addition to resident camp, campers entering 7th grade or above may choose to include a day trip, or two, to customize their camp experience. Choose from a high ropes course, whitewater rafting, Noah's Ark Waterpark, indoor rock climbing, cave spelunking, indoor paintball, Lake Winnebago Fishing, and New for 2010, GO-KARTING and more at Fondy Sports Park!

RANCH AND CIRCLE A: A special program focused on horse care and riding techniques. Each camper cares for their own horse and participates in lessons, ring work, trail rides, games, and special events. Ranch is for 7th grade and up. Circle A is for 4th-6th graders.

SPECIALTY CAMPS: These camps combine all the activities of resident camp with a focus on one particular activity for part of the day. Programs include Fishing Expeditions, Competitive Swimming, Babysitter's Training, and Teen Adventure Challenge.

ADVENTURE TRIPS: Campers ages 12-16 will leave camp for 5 days and participate in high adventure activities. Adventure Trips include Lake Superior Kayaking, Whitewater Adventure, Sylvania Wilderness Canoe/Fishing Trip, and NEW FOR 2010: Rock, Roll, and Splash! and Apostle Island Kayak Trip. Limited space.
