Actors Workshop offers a concentrated summer training experience in the art and craft of acting. Young actors have the opportunity to learn the crucial skills of building characters, playing objectives, and expressing interior emotions physically and vocally. Students discover not only how to express themselves individually but also how to work as an ensemble, gaining valuable leadership skills while having fun and making friends.

The High School Actors Workshop at Stanford University focuses on teaching the professional acting techniques that translate onto both stage and screen. Over the course of 14 days, students participate in a morning core course and choose from a variety of specialized afternoon electives. Students showcase their work in an extraordinary final performance, which includes monologue work and ensemble short scenes.

The One Week Acting Seminar at UCLA builds students' acting, creative expression and public speaking skills, helping students perform confidently onstage in a variety of settings. Through daily monologue work, scene work and a variety of electives, the students will discover how to create rapport with the audience and let their personal charisma shine.

What campers say:
I was exposed to new methods that gave me a broader range of techniques to pull from. -Katheryn Acosta, Intensive participant

Each class improved me in the way it should have. My coordination has improved, I have learned about Forum Theater, learned to use rhythm, and think on the spot easier. -Steven Menacelli, High School Actors Workshop participant

I love the ensemble atmosphere...It is such a great atmosphere to live in and it makes the work all the much better because you are having a great time with everyone. -Naomi Lindh, Intensive Actors Workshop participant
