CCF is a two, four, six or eight-week fitness program, which educates, motivates, inspires and demonstrates to young girls how to embrace healthy lifestyles and lose weight properly. CCF is dedicated to shaping attitudes towards healthy nutrition and physical fitness.
Camp California Fitness (CCF) is not just another weight-loss program. CCF teaches children the importance of healthy food choices and preparedness, and promotes physical activities in a friendly environment. The goals are straight forward: become more physically fit, build self-esteem, and of course… lose weight. CCF provides an exciting, safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where girls can be themselves and feel accepted. Through positive reinforcement, the girls will learn how to take care of their bodies, exercise, eat healthy, and feel better about themselves.
CCF focuses on building self-confidence and creating positive self-images for the girls. The program educates the girls how to set reasonable goals, actively guides them through the process of achieving these goals, and then reinforces the value of personal achievement.
