The Diabetes Society |
|
Since 1974, we have sponsored camping programs in California for children and families with diabetes.
These camps provide an opportunity for children and young adults with
diabetes to go to camp, meet others in their age group similarly with
diabetes and gain a better understanding of diabetes. The total
experience can help campers develop more confidence in their ability to
effectively control their diabetes while enjoying traditional camping
experiences. We offer youth resident, teen resident, day, and family
camps.
