THE SUMMER COMPUTER CAMP FOR TEENS DMA offers day and overnight computer camps in weekly and multi-week sessions for teens starting at age 13. Courses accommodate a wide variety of digital media interests in a more sophisticated learning environment than other summer computer camps. All courses are project-based and taught by industry experts and award-winning instructors in state-of-the-art classroom facilities. An average student to instructor ratio of 7 to 1 allows for plenty of individual attention as you explore, create and immerse yourself in an environment that is more like a production studio than a classroom. Multi-Week Certification Programs for Teens DMA is an Apple and Adobe Authorized Training Center. Teens are eligible to take courses at DMA that lead to industry certification in Final Cut Pro and other professional content areas. THE SUMMER COMPUTER CAMP FOR KIDS (AGE 9-13) The Digital Media Academy offers separate courses for kids, age 9-13 (at all its campus locations), called Digital Media Adventures. Like DMA's teen courses, the hallmark of Adventures is its superior instructors. They are real-world industry professionals, working in the fields of 3D animation, video production and game design who also have a passion for teaching kids. With an average student-to-instructor ratio of 5 to 1, kids get lots of attention! Choose from the following topics:
A Well Rounded Experience for Your Child At Digital Media Adventures, we strike a balance between in-class learning and out-of-doors fun. We recognize that kids need to move! We take breaks for recreation in the morning and afternoon.
